Yesterday, i wrote about the idea of ‘Simplicity’.

Today, I witnessed it in the marketplace.

I ate lunch at Chipotle today…..one of my favorite lunch spots.

5 items to choose from

4 types of meat

4 types of salsa

simple website: chipotle.com (ever seen that much white space on a home page?)

“At Chipotle we have a very focused menu. Our customers like that, and it gives us the opportunity to concentrate on every single ingredient that makes up our recipes.” – Steve Ells, Chipotle Founder & CEO

  1. 3 items – thousand’s of ways. Does not sound all that simple to me. But – then again – variety is the spice of life.

Food looks good though – now I am hungry.

  2. Loving the simple life of Chipotle. It’s nice having a foundation for a variety of choices like your 5 – 4 – 4 observation
